Where is my order?

Check your confirmation email for a tracking number. You can also visit Order Status and enter your order number to see the latest shipping update.

The item I received doesn't match the listing.

You have 3 days from confirmed delivery to open a dispute. Email us with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.

When do I get paid as a seller?

Payouts are released after the buyer's 3-day return window closes without a dispute. If there is no dispute, funds are sent to your Stripe account within 1–2 business days after that window.

How do I cancel or edit a listing?

Go to My Products in your account to edit or remove an active listing. Once a listing has a pending order, it cannot be cancelled — contact support if there is an issue.

My item sold but I can't ship it.

Contact us immediately at support@mrktbeater.com with your order number. We'll work with you to resolve it. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

How do I set up payouts?

Go to Payouts in your account and connect your Stripe account. Payouts go to your bank account via Stripe.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings to delete your account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days. Transaction records are retained as required by law.
