By creating an account or placing an order on mrkt beater, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They're written to be clear, not to hide anything.

1. What mrkt beater is.

mrkt beater is a marketplace that connects sellers of used and new goods with buyers. We are not the seller of any item listed on the platform. Contracts of sale are between buyers and sellers directly; mrkt beater facilitates the transaction.

2. Accounts.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

3. Selling.

• You must accurately describe items you list. Photos must be of the actual item. Condition must be honestly assessed.
• You may only list items you own and have the right to sell. No counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
• When a sale completes, you must ship within 3 business days using a tracked method.
• mrkt beater charges a flat 7% platform fee on each completed sale. Stripe's payment processing fees apply separately.
• Payouts are issued after the buyer's 3-day return window closes without a dispute, or after a dispute is resolved in your favor.

4. Buying.

• By placing an order you are entering a binding agreement to purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed.
• You have 3 days from confirmed delivery to open a dispute if the item is significantly not as described. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
• After the 3-day window closes, all sales are final. Buyer's remorse is not grounds for a refund.

5. Google Shopping.

When you list an item, your product data (title, description, price, photos, GTIN, condition) is automatically submitted to Google Shopping so buyers can find it in search. By listing, you grant mrkt beater permission to submit this data to Google on your behalf.

6. Prohibited items.

Certain items may not be listed on mrkt beater. The full list is in our Prohibited Items policy. This includes but is not limited to: firearms and ammunition, controlled substances, counterfeit or stolen goods, hazardous materials, adult content, and items illegal under applicable law. Violating this policy may result in immediate account termination.

7. Disputes.

mrkt beater acts as a neutral arbitrator for buyer–seller disputes. Our decisions on dispute outcomes are final. We'll hear both sides before deciding. We are not liable for losses arising from disputes between buyers and sellers.

8. Limitation of liability.

mrkt beater is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, data retention, or the accuracy of listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mrkt beater's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold mrkt beater harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your listings, or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
